Our Five Vacation Homes

Welcome to Casas Bonita, a peaceful adults-only property just minutes from Playa Sámara and the town centre. Choose from Casa Grande, Casa Pequeña and three private one-room tiny houses, each with its own kitchen and terrace, surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Casas Bonita welcomes adults aged 18 and over.

Minimum stay: 5 nights.  

Which vacation home is right for you?

Our three one-room tiny houses are ideal for solo travellers or two adults who enjoy a compact, fully air-conditioned space with a private kitchen and terrace. Casa Sol and Casa Papaya each have a queen-size bed; Casa Selva has two single beds.

Choose Casa Pequeña if you prefer a separate bedroom and more living space. Designed for one or two adults, it has a private kitchen, living area and covered terrace. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom.

Casa Grande is ideal for two couples or up to four adults wanting separate bedrooms and bathrooms. This two-storey home offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a spacious kitchen and living area, and two terraces.

All five homes share the tropical garden and pool. Guests must be aged 18 or over. Electricity used for air conditioning is metered and charged separately.

Arrival essentials:

Upon arrival, each vacation home is supplied with toilet paper, hand soap and one trash bag.

Guests purchase any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Long-term rates:

Monthly rates are available for selected dates and vacation homes. They are ideal for students attending Intercultura Costa Rica Spanish School or Sámara Massage School, as well as guests planning a longer stay in Sámara. Please contact us for availability and rates.
