Yes. Casas Bonita provides WiFi in all houses and common areas. While Costa Rica in general doesn’t always offer the fastest connections, our internet is considered very good by local standards. Many of our long-term guests comfortably work online from here, and we are continuously improving the service to make it as reliable as possible.

Each house is equipped with air conditioning. To keep prices fair and encourage responsible energy use, electricity for A/C is charged according to consumption. The meters are installed either inside or just outside each unit, so every guest can check their usage at any time. Everything is transparent, and you always see exactly what you consume.

Yes. We offer on-site parking spaces inside the property. There are four parking spots for our five houses – since not all guests travel with a car, there is usually more than enough space. In the rare case that all spots are taken, guests can also park safely on the quiet street outside.

Yes. We have a shared washing machine on-site that guests can use for a small fee. In addition, there is a local laundry service in town if you prefer to have your clothes washed and folded for you. Guests can simply choose the option that suits them best.

Casas Bonita is primarily an adult-oriented retreat where guests come to enjoy peace and quiet. For this reason, we are generally not family-focused. We accept teenagers on a case-by-case basis.

The beach and the center of Sámara are about an 8–10 minute walk (around 800 meters). You can easily reach restaurants, shops, and supermarkets on foot.

Yes, we provide a weekly cleaning service. Bed linens and towels are changed once a week, and the bathroom and floors are cleaned at the same time.

Sámara is generally considered a safe and relaxed beach town. As everywhere, we recommend taking normal precautions at night.

We offer self check-in. The key is stored in a lockbox directly at the house. You will receive the code shortly before your check-in.
